6-12-25 Method. ๐๐ฝ been trialling this for just over a month and I love it. I grew up doing supersets & dropsets etc so its a bit of me. I only do it for smaller muscle groups as I feel its most beneficial.
The idea behind it is to focus of on heavy weight on set 1 of 6 reps then into more hypertrophy numbers around 12 & then more on the endurance side with 25 reps. You fo this one after the other no rest. Can do 3/4 rounds with 2/3 mins rest between rounds.
If you notice my heavy set is neutral shoulder width apart then incline Dumbbell is wider( palms facing out) then the final set is close grip so ive got a variety of angles there. ๐๐ฝ

What a client ๐ช๐ฝ we had hyrox and an ultra in between this fat loss plan and even though we still got to where we needed to be. We had to make sure performance and energy levels were on point. Then when hyrox and ultra was said a done we locked in and could cut back on cals a little more and push the fat loss plan. Then we added some size without on mad on a surplus of cals. This was the end product and very happy with how he handled everything. ๐ช๐ฝ
