PUPPET IN CHICAGO 🍀 MARCH 28 & 29 Yes, I’m bringing bottles and Party Packs all the way from Southern California! @fumedexpo is going to be a stacked event with so many indie perfumers you already know and love (and some to find and explore), will I see you there? Really looking forward to eating deep dish pizza while listening to house music with so many midwest friends ⭐️ @clean.air.club will be providing air purifiers for the venue space ♥️ Cleaner air is a universal good that benefits everyone, especially friends who cannot afford to get sick (that’s most people!). Now everyone say thank you to Kyle, the main organizer for FUMED and mastermind behind OSM, for taking my accessibility request seriously so that we can have a safer event. Thank you, Kyle!

Together, we contributed $457.55 to FNBLB ♥️ These funds will be used to provide free meals and hygiene/harm reduction supplies to our underserved community, through the help of community volunteers who organize every week. This type of action happens in every city: regular every day people like you and me, coming together to take care of each other, fighting for each other’s right to life despite the systems that work against us. We know that the so-called united states was built upon imperialist violence and it continues its terroristic rampage on our communities here and abroad. We see and feel it every day. We resist and defend against it every day. When they take away our ability to afford groceries and feed ourselves and our families, we come together and make meals for each other. When they take away our tools to mitigate infectious disease, we organize our resources to protect our vulnerable disabled and chronically ill community members. When they kidnap and murder our neighbors, we bring our communities into the streets and fight back and defend. The constant violence is designed to demoralize and numb us into apathy and inaction. They want us to forget that action can take on many different forms. Break bread with your neighbors. Go to the library and thank your librarians. Wear a mask to prevent the spread of disabling illness. Enact harm against those who profit from harming us. Protect the people around you who are begging for protection. Stand up and organize. Don’t let their manufactured fear eclipse the hope in your heart. Let that worry and doubt guide you towards the truth: a better future is possible but only if we make it possible. Grieve and cry and scream and fight for the future we all deserve, now. I appreciate everyone who contributed to Puppet’s second giveaway and I know all of your neighbors appreciate you too.
