Afrah wa Atrah (Joy and Sorrow)
An immersive choral performance that investigates sound as a means of spatial access. It examines how sonic practices produce spatial presence when architecture is denied, fragmented, or lost, and how they organise life across joy and grief.
Developed by Razi Khader in collaboration with Hiba Salameh and a 50-member choir from the London Arab Orchestra, led by Basel Saleh, the work assembles spatial and sonic fragments of Palestinian weddings and funerals.
