SH/T CIRCLE is back again - our monthly communal ritual for grief, release & renewal, hosted on Zoom worldwide, for community leaders, healers, caregivers and all humans alike. the 2nd Monday of every month 6-7:30PM PT.
this is not a complaining session. it’s not a therapy group. it’s something older than both of those things.
it’s a circle ⭕️ where you say the thing you’ve been carrying, and someone actually witnesses you saying it. that’s the bulk of the medicine! also, feeling seen, understood and not alone. also, also, researched backed art, music, movement and breath therapy.
we’ll open, share, break into pairs, move it through the body, and close together. you’ll leave lighter.

I used to think flowers were a luxury, something that took space from food. If I was going to farm, it had to be practical. Productive. Edible.
But I recently realized two things:
We already grow enough food to feed everyone. Scarcity isn’t the real problem (see @nourishl.a amazing work).
And flowers are food. Just not for us.
They feed the bees, the pollinators, the entire living ecosystem that makes any harvest possible. They bring color, softness, and a quiet joy. They remind me to slow down, to notice, to be present.
So now, we grow flowers. Joyfully.
And for the first time ever, Little City Farm has 10 super-local, anti-commercial bouquets available for Mother’s Day.

This year, I decided it would be the year of the courage of the feminine.
Because for so long, I believed softness and vulnerability had no place in business… especially in the world of money (if you come from finance, you know what I mean)
So I adapted and I became structured, strategic, “strong”… I learned to slowly left my softness behind.
But in today’s world, in this new economy we are asked to integrate.
To build with structure, consistency and financial clarity…
while leading from intention, intuition, alignment, love and softness.
At the end, that’s the only way to build real sustainable business, real wealth and true freedom.
