From local lands to local hands.
We’re proud of the relationships we’ve established since we opened our doors. From the ranchers to our guests, each connection is important. Thank you for taking the journey with us. It’s been a lot of fun.

Since 1941, the Miller family at @millkingmilk have been farming in Crawford and McGregor, Texas. We believe they produce some of the finest milk around, utilizing a low-temp pasteurization process, on top of their cows with no GMOs, hormones, additives or antibiotics.
Find their dairy products in the market and taste the difference yourself.
If you’re new to the market, welcome. We just hit 50k followers. It’s a good feeling knowing the movement is growing. The past few years have been a blur.
To the folks just getting to know us, step inside for a little tour. Earlier this year we completed a little remodel. We added more products, but more importantly, haven’t changed our mission to bring y’all the best Texas has to offer.
See y’all in the market!
Did you know…
The average age of seafood in most supermarkets is 3 to 7 days old from the time it was harvested. Sometimes it can be 2 to 3 weeks, depending on shipping and storage.
Ours? 1 day. After a day, it’s processed or served in our restaurants on site. This ensures y’all have THE freshest seafood available for purchase.
Now you know.
We obsess over our produce the way you do. Probably more, actually.
Working with small farms around Texas, we’re able to work as close as you can get to the actual farmer. They visit the market, we visit their farms. Often. This relationship allows us to access the very best fruits and vegetables being grown in Texas.
We believe we have the best beef in Texas. That all starts with sourcing from ranchers and ranches that care immensely about their animals. One of those ranches is @longhillwagyu in nearby Luling, Texas. A small operation by industry standards, it’s the pride and joy of owners Olivia and Matt Landon.
Next time you’re in the market, ask your butcher about Long Hill Wagyu, then take some steaks home to cook for your family and friends.

¡Pachanga! 2026 was quite the party. Sure, it rained a little, but you know what? That’s life in Texas sometimes. The killer food from all our vendors, lively music and energy from the crowd made our first Fiesta event something we’ll always remember.
Thank you to everyone who came out, including our vendors and musicians. None of this happens in a vacuum and none of this is possible without the support of the San Antonio community. We still can’t believe it’s already been two years since we opened our doors. We appreciate y’all taking the ride with us. See you in the market, ✌🏼.

Super excited for this one 🔥 finally got a behind-the-scenes look at the butcher department inside Pullman Market at the Pearl.
Huge shoutout to Matt the butcher for the tour — learning about the dry-aging process and how everything is locally sourced here in Texas was actually wild. Makes you appreciate what’s on your plate a whole lot more.
Crazy part is this is the same meat program behind spots like Mezquite, Fife & Farro, and Isidore… so you’re literally seeing where some of the best meals at the Pearl start.
If you’re in San Antonio or visiting the Pearl, this is 100% worth checking out. It’s one of those lowkey experiences that makes you see the food scene differently.
