Pullman xChange isn’t just an event. It’s a fresh perspective that unlocks bold thinking.
At the inaugural Pullman xChange Dubai, one question shaped every moment: What are you building that outlasts you?
More than 150 thinkers, creators, and leaders came together for two days of real exchange. Not panels. Not presentations. A genuine exploration of legacy and long-term impact.
Co-created with @houseofbeautifulbusiness , the experience brought together global thought leaders whose perspectives sparked curiosity and reimagining. Cyberpsychologist Elaine Kasket explored our digital afterlife and the stories our online selves leave behind. Architect Michelle Kaufmann led a hands-on workshop on designing systems and spaces built to endure. Neuroscientist Hannah Critchlow revealed the rhythm of human connection and what happens when thoughts and emotions align.
Every detail, from the workshops to the intentional design of the space, invited conversations that linger long after the moment. Not answers, but shifts. New ways of seeing work, creativity, and the impact we choose to leave behind.
Because this is the new Pullman.
Now launching globally via our bio.

‘The Destination is You’ • We teamed up with @damondominique to create something unexpected, a night that pushed past the usual travel talk and got real. At Pullman Montparnasse in Paris, Damon led an immersive workshop using bold questions and raw conversation to dig into what travel really means, beyond the postcards.
Identity, intention, the goals we don’t say out loud, and the masks we wear when we move through new places. It wasn’t about perfect answers; it was about opening the conversation together.
By the end, everyone had their own personalized toolkit, a way to keep questioning, reflecting, and rewriting their travel story well beyond the night.
This was more than a workshop. It was a moment, a mindset shift.
Stay tuned, this is just the beginning. #PullmanxChange
The most unexpected dining spot in Paris? 🚞
At @pullmanbercy , a restored train wagon sets the scene, but it’s what happens inside that stays with you.
Vintage travel energy meets bold, modern cuisine. Every detail hints at departure, while every dish keeps you grounded in the moment.
The feeling of being somewhere else, without ever leaving your seat.
Not just dinner. A destination.
Would you get on board?
The best things @damondominique learned were never from places. Always from people.
UNSCRIPTED EXCHANGES • EP. 01 • DAMON DOMINIQUE
Damon has built a life out of crossing borders - languages, cultures, comfort zones. But the exchanges that actually shape him? They don't happen on camera. They happen in between.
No agenda. No script. Just the conversations that made him who he is.
Who's yours? 👇
The best business meetings rarely happen in the meeting room.
And that’s exactly how @pullmannairobiupperhill was designed.
Built around the idea of Workspitality, it challenges the old business hotel model, where work happens in one room and life happens somewhere else. Because business travel should feel less transactional and a lot more human.
What if a dish could be a dialogue, not just dinner?
At @_pullmanvitacura , "Andean Botanical Cuisine" gathered five chefs from Chile and Peru around one idea: plant-based cuisine as a live exchange.
Ancient roots. Andean superfoods. Reimagined through bold techniques that turn the kitchen into a true lab of taste.
This wasn’t just dinner, it was a masterclass of culinary exchange.
And you were not just watching it happen, you were part of it.
Ever tried chicken and beer… in a drink? 🍗🍸
Inspired by one of Korea’s iconic cultural references of chimaek, films on repeat, songs that never left and views from Namsan Tower.
Pullman always brings an unexpected twist to the bar. Stay tuned for more unfolding...

What if creativity isn’t a straight line?
For #WorldCreativityAndInnovationDay, @nattywolf calls it a rollercoaster, not always knowing where it’s going, but trusting the ride anyway.
At @pullmansghillstreet , @smxne 's POV becomes the lens, a six-course menu designed to be shared, shaped by how it moves between people. A betel leaf tartlet that challenges expectation, coral trout with green chilli, mud crab in southern Thai curry, wagyu with satay, just to name a few.
Because creativity doesn’t stay still. It shifts the moment it’s shared.
That’s the spirit behind TASTE DIFFERENT and what ALL Accor loyalty members experienced at our latest event at Singapore Hill Street.

What turns a table into a shared experience?
At @pullmanquaygrand , Pullman’s Asia-Pacific Food & Beverage Ambassador, @nattywolf , set a table for twelve, and let it move on its own terms.
There was no fixed sequence. Watermelon with mint, oysters with finger lime, betel leaf cigars, wagyu skewers, kangaroo larb, lamb ribs with panang, and mango sticky rice came and went - passed, tasted, revisited.
The food didn’t sit still. Neither did the table. Nat’s cooking kept everything in motion. Dishes built to be shared, conversations built to follow.
An exclusive evening for ALL Accor members in Sydney... and just the beginning of the TASTE DIFFERENT series.
Where will Chef Nat take it next?

Open the folder of a design that doesn’t try to fit in.
At @pullmanbercy , #tomdixonstudio smashed two worlds together: polished elegance and raw, industrial attitude.
Dandy meets punk - not as a moodboard, but as a working system. Nothing is neutral, and that’s the point.
It’s not designed to be looked at, it’s designed to be used. The lobby isn’t a lobby, it’s a social engine. Work bleeds into drinks, strangers into conversations, design into movement.
So the question isn’t just what caught your eye first. It’s: what kept you there?
