What happens when collaboration leads the way?
At @pullmanauckland , Pullman’s Asia-Pacific Food & Beverage Ambassador, @nattywolf , worked alongside Chef Johnny Roullier to explore what happens when different perspectives meet in the kitchen.
The result was a twelve-course journey where that exchange could be felt in every plate. Dishes like venison, wagyu, snapper, crayfish, pāua, and lamb were matched with drinks that didn’t follow the usual rules, each pairing shifting the way the food was tasted and experienced.
It’s this kind of collaboration that the TASTE DIFFERENT series is built on, bringing together talent to create something unexpected.
