I’ve only experienced true, unconditional love three times in my life, with the birth of each one of my daughters, and two of those moments happened on this day.
April 16 changed my life forever.
The first was when my daughter Jordan was born. In that instant, everything became clear. I finally understood what unconditional love really was. Then three years later, on this same day, my heart somehow grew even bigger when my daughter Sydney was born.
Two moments, One day… and from that first moment, my life was never the same. I don’t even remember what my life was before you were born.
Watching you both grow into strong, beautiful, powerful young women fills me with a pride and joy that is indescribable, but no matter what, you will always be my little girls. I love you more than air!
