This is a two week programme that aims to address the symptoms of mild to moderate anxiety and depression. Our team of experts including nurses, counsellors and complementary therapists will provide you with tools and techniques to help you manage your symptoms 💜

On International Nurses Day, we want to recognise and celebrate the incredible work of our nurses at the Police Treatment Centres.
Our two-week Psychological Wellbeing Programme supports people experiencing mild to moderate anxiety and depression. As Helen, Head Nurse in Harrogate, says: “The change we see in people after two weeks on the wellbeing programme is quite amazing.”
