First Native shows of 2026 with @nativejamesuk , @marttrail and @lukeoglesbydrums this weekend at @twm_colchester and @exeterphoenix . Reflecting on the last 6 months of my musical journey. Surely playing Glastonbury twice in one day would not be challenged, but with the help of a lot of people we managed to create more fantastic shows with memorable moments that will last a lifetime. 7 festivals, with 1 performed twice over the weekend and 3 appearances at WMF. 1 festival forum. Native James’ first UK headline tour. 2 shows with letlive. 2 shows with Bob Vylan. 1 music video. Triptych Wych’s debut EP. Learning songs on the fly with The Blue Gravy Orchestra. A hillbilly Halloween show for a bonfire event at a cider mill. But a huge highlight of the last 6 months is performing 5 shows in 4 days with 3 groups, including creating metal versions of 2 songs for 1 very special Professor Green secret appearance. Big thanks to everyone I’ve worked with this year, musicians, photographers, videographers, FOH, monitor, lighting and video engineers, all the crew, management, security, bar and venue staff, and everyone who’s seen a show. Or cared enough to read this. Thank you very much!
