我是矛盾的，不喜歡與人相處，然而這趟旅行的動機卻是人
穿梭在不同的文化與語言間，我慢慢地堆疊這座城市的氣味，感受人跟人之間的溫度變化。就像在裝幀一本關於巴黎的書，書封帶點泥土煙燻味、香煙和香水，最後為乾到不行的歐洲大陸加入點雨天微冷的濕氣

「好好地呼吸」成為很需要練習的事
唯有置身於山海間的我，能感受到被無條件的愛環抱著
能讓我好好地休息與放鬆
於是把一生需要練習的「呼吸」結合最愛的「山海」
平靜地放在身上，陪伴自己與提醒自己
For a long time, anxiety stayed with me, making stillness difficult, and learning to truly breathe became something I deeply needed to practice.
Only when I am between the mountains and the sea do I feel held by unconditional love, allowing my body and mind to rest and soften 🩵
So I place “breathing,” a lifelong practice, together with what I love most—the mountains and the sea—calmly on my body, to accompany me and gently remind me.
