One of our greatest achievements was orchestrating seamless logistics, managing thousands of vehicle movements around a 1.5 km periphery without a single delay. 👉🏻Through innovation, meticulous management, and relentless spirit, our team set a new benchmark for scale and precision in modern construction. This colossal feat involved: 🔹 24,000 cubic meters of concrete 🔹 29 RMC plants & 280+ transit mixers 🔹 Total 4100 Transit Mixer Trips 🔹 19 concrete pumps & 4 boom placers 🔹 600+ manpower in two shifts One of the biggest challenges was Peripheral Road Logistics Management — ensuring uninterrupted movement of thousands of vehicles around a 1.5 km periphery. With strategic planning and flawless execution, our team overcame this challenge seamlessly, as clearly shown in this video.
