Have you had a chance to see our Art Billboard? This month we are proud to feature the work of artists @nancygood_art and @jkrusscollage — two talented creatives helping make Las Vegas a more beautiful, vibrant, and inspiring place to call home.
As part of this rotating public art project, the billboard highlights a different Las Vegas artist each month, celebrating the creativity and cultural spirit that make our community so unique.
In a city built on bold visuals and constant reinvention, @jerezlaw is reshaping what outdoor advertising can mean for a community. Through its monthly artist billboard initiative in downtown Las Vegas, the firm has transformed a traditionally commercial space into a rotating canvas for local creativity—bringing fine art into one of the most public and visible formats in the city.
In partnership with Psionic Art Works, the initiative—often referred to as “The Art Billboard”—is a yearlong public art project dedicated to spotlighting local artists in the heart of the Las Vegas Arts District. Each month, two artists are selected to have their work displayed on a prominent downtown billboard, replacing what would typically be a legal advertisement with something far more meaningful to the surrounding creative community.
The concept is simple but powerful: give visual ownership back to the artists who define the identity of downtown Las Vegas. Instead of adding another lawyer billboard to the skyline, Jerez Law is actively investing in the culture that makes the Arts District thrive. The result is a living, evolving gallery—one that commuters, locals, and visitors experience in real time as they move through the city.
What makes the project especially impactful is its accessibility. By elevating artists onto a large-scale public platform, the initiative breaks down traditional barriers to exposure. Emerging and established creatives alike are given the opportunity to showcase their work outside of galleries, reaching audiences who may never step into an art space but will inevitably look up at a billboard.
More than just a marketing pivot, this monthly rotation signals a deeper shift in how businesses can engage with their communities. Jerez Law’s approach blends advocacy with artistry—demonstrating that corporate visibility and cultural contribution don’t have to exist separately. Instead, they can work hand in hand to amplify voices that often go unseen.

Not every law firm gets Las Vegas. Jerez Law does.
Instead of putting their name on a billboard in BIG letters, they put local artists on one.
Each month, two creatives get their work displayed in the heart of the Arts District.
This gives visual ownership back to the people who actually define this city.
It’s the most community-driven billboard in the series so far, and it shows exactly how businesses can show up for the culture around them.

🚨BIG NEWS‼️
Jerez Law, in partnership with @psionicartworks , are proud to announce the launch of “The Art Billboard,” a yearlong public art initiative dedicated to spotlighting local Las
Vegas artists through the donation of prominent billboard space in the Las Vegas Arts District.
The featured artists for March are @ericvozzola and @bexart , whose work will inaugurate the project and set the tone for this rotating public art platform. The initiative is rooted in a simple idea: the Las Vegas Arts District does not need another lawyer billboard — it needs to visibly reflect the creative community that gives the district its identity.
“This is about visual ownership, representation, and respect for the creative community,” said Attorney Isaiah Jerez. Special thanks to billboard gurus @noticeumarketing #firstfridaylasvegas
