Director, Centre for African Policy Research and Advisory, Segun Adebayo @pshegs , says Africa’s biggest challenge is not just leadership, but policy education.
He argues that many African governments adopt foreign-backed policies without fully interrogating their long-term impact.
According to him, youth must engage in policy spaces like the African Union, not just as observers but as informed contributors shaping Africa’s own development path.
