Introducing the first node of PSEUDO X NCM: Stigmergy, @washdog.studio 🖤   Stigmergy is built through nodes. Nodes are a studio, an artist collective, a group chat... pretty much anywhere a small group has formed around something they care about. Each node in Stigmergy curates their own community and feeds work, media and ideas into the broader architecture of the exhibition.   A multi-artform shared studio on Kaurna Country in Adelaide, Washdog brings together 12 artists working across painting, ceramics, sculpture, installation and digital new media.   Washdog artists participating in Stigmergy→ @dave.court @killmeiloveyou @capitalwastepictures @spryk.in @carney.art @mbs0202 @conor_mercury_movies @rel.pham @elly.pgh @frazthewizard @houseofvnholy   Book tickets to Stigmergy opening night, launching as part of @rising.melbourne on 4 June. 🔥

We thought we should introduce you to them. 🤝 @pseudo_au works across live performance, expanded cinema, sound and digital infrastructure. They build hybrid works where digital media and physical bodies occupy the same space. Based on Wurundjeri Country in Brunswick, Melbourne, the group operates across Australia and the Asia-Pacific, developing performances, collaborative projects, workshops and residencies. Stigmergy is presented with RISING and opens with an after dark event on Thursday 4 June — tickets on sale now! Introducing PSEUDO X NCM: STIGMERGY ✦ We perceive, decide and act through networked technologies that most of us did not design and can’t fully see. Stigmergy exposes the topology of its own structure. A hand-built, unscalable network where infrastructure becomes an artistic medium. An antidote to the slop shock, rage bait and doom scroll flattening everything we see online. Opening on Thursday 4 June at NCM. Experience a night of live performances from local and international artists, featuring performance artists, live coders, sound artists and transmedia collectives. Tickets are on sale now. Visit ncm.org.au to book. Stigmergy is presented by @pseudo_au x @ncm_melbourne as part of @rising.melbourne , with thanks to @chunkymove and Exhibitionist. #STIGMERGY #PSEUDO #NationalCommunicationMuseum #RISING2026 #RISINGMelbourne
