Up, up and away in McCrae. As this new build rises on its softly sloping site, its form is beginning to unfold. What’s emerging is a two-storey home with fresh, open pages - waiting to be filled with the stories that will make it a home. The latest collaboration between Rod Hannah Design and Darren Mountain is set to deliver another coastal-inspired residence that captures the relaxed McCrae lifestyle - true to the signature Mountain Homes style. A soft external palette of Surfmist Colorbond roof sheeting, pale-grey weatherboards and crisp white accents will anchor the home gently into its coastal surrounds. Inside, texture and a paired-back design approach will set the tone for a calm, family-friendly haven. And with the white sandy beach and clear blue water just a short stroll away, the coastline has played muse - informing a design that feels effortlessly at home in its surroundings.
