Pinch me moment, Yesterday i attended @dr1tv Debatten with @clement_kjersgaard and Angel maj_ as a health entrepreneur sharing my knowledge and experience on how we can prioritize our mental health by preventing and prioritizing it, in our worklife -before we burn out with stress, also how it’s a environmental and social structure that creates unhealthy stressors, we need to slow down, we are not robots, I also share more about @a_space_to_breathe__@amatchaspace and how I serve my clients and community.

Som følge af at have passet sin mand igennem to kræftsygdomsforløb gik @prudencedavis ned med stress – det blev et afgørende vendepunkt i hendes liv. Hun sagde farvel til jobbet som stylist og uddannede sig inden for sundhed, ernæring og træning. I dag hjælper 32-årige Davis mange kvinder, især i modebranchen, med at få det bedre ved først og fremmest at finde en indre ro.
I det nye januarnummer af ELLE deler hun sin rejse ind i well-being, som blandt andet inkluderede (og til dels stadig gør) at tage dyp i iskoldt vand, kryoterapi og spise plantebaseret.

Yesterday I co-hosted a wellbeing event with @garmindanmark and @helpagency_ exploring how breathwork, movement and biometric data can support nervous system regulation and help us better navigate daily stressors.
We discussed the science behind conscious breathing, HRV and recovery — and how wearable technology can create greater awareness around stress, sleep, energy and overall wellbeing in everyday life.

“Work less” or “work harder”
What I believe we’re really searching for is a way of living where our nervous systems can actually keep up with the pace of modern life.
Being part of the conversation on Deadline reminded me how deeply many people are craving rest, meaning, connection and sustainability — not just productivity.
As someone working within health, science, breathwork and movement, I see it every day:
we cannot separate performance from regulation.
Or success from wellbeing.
The future of work has to include the human body in the conversation.

I’m sitting with such a deep sense of gratitude as I look back on this journey. When I hosted my very first Reformer Teacher Training in 2025 — while breastfeeding twins full-time in between sessions — I remember feeling both tender and wildly determined. It was a year of expansion, softness, and surrender, all at once.
To be here now, launching the next chapter of this education, and to already have so many beautiful souls signed up for Autumn 2026… it truly fills my whole body with warmth. Thank you for trusting this space before it even fully reveals itself.
On this year’s training, we were joined by two incredible doctors and a psychotherapist as guest teachers. They helped us explore what it really means to create a room that feels safe — how to lean into the nervous system, how to breathe with intention, and how to hold the mental and emotional layers with care.
I’m so humbled, so grateful, and so excited for what’s unfolding. Thank you for walking this with me.
