Glad to say that the @perrozdesigns Opscore Maritime cover fits perfectly on the @combatdefense.ind BigHorn helmet. Review (with ballistic testing!) is coming soon. I’ve gotten quite a few hours on this and I’m loving it. The @proworksgear Hounskull looks like it was made for this.

Thank you to @headontactical for getting these put together for us!
Thank you all for your patience and we look forward to keeping our products rolling out.
This isn’t about having gear.
It’s about how fast you can use it when it matters.
Everything in this bag is staged with a purpose because hesitation costs time, and time costs lives.
How are you setting up your kit? 👇

Most people working like this don’t carry anything.
Not because they don’t care
they just don’t think it’ll happen to them.
Chainsaws. Tools. Distance from help.
That’s a bad combination.
This kit isn’t extra.
It’s time.
Time to stop bleeding.
Time to think.
Time to stay alive.
The spray?
It has a place.
But it’s not the answer.
The answer is knowing what to do next.

Something big is coming.
I’ve teamed up with WoundClot to bring you a hemostatic giveaway
and this is going to be a serious upgrade to any trauma kit.
We’re talking real capability.
From minor injuries… to life-threatening bleeding.
And they didn’t stop there
this even includes veterinary hemostatic.
Because preparedness doesn’t stop with you.
The package is on the way…
and as soon as it lands we’re launching this.
Make sure you’re following so you don’t miss it.
This one’s worth it.
Stay ready.

Working dogs don’t hesitate.
They run where we point them.
They search buildings.
Track suspects.
Protect their handlers.
And if something goes wrong…
they’re usually the first one in the fight.
The question is simple:
Would you know how to save them?
Many of the principles for treating injured working dogs come from canine tactical casualty care guidance referenced in resources like the Advanced Tactical Paramedic Protocols Handbook used by tactical medics supporting military and law enforcement teams.
Just like human trauma care, the priorities follow MARCH:
Massive hemorrhage
Airway
Respiration
Circulation
Hypothermia
Bleeding control is always the first priority.
From there we manage airway, breathing injuries, and shock until the dog can reach veterinary care.
Whether you’re SWAT, search and rescue, law enforcement, military, or just someone who spends time outdoors with your dog, having a basic trauma kit and understanding these principles can save a life.

These dogs would give their lives protecting us.
The least we can do is be ready to save them.
If there’s a topic you’d like me to cover or go deeper into, feel free to reach out. A lot of the content on this page comes directly from your suggestions.

Most people want results.
Very few are willing to do the work when nobody is watching.
Discipline isn’t loud.
It’s quiet mornings, long days, and repetition until it becomes instinct.
Train like it matters.
