Thank you @protopasta for the iron infused HTPLA! This awesome filament you can oxidize with a simple mixture of hydrogen peroxide, salt and vinegar. Apply a little heat let it sit and dry and you get a beautifully oxidized result seal it with a little bit of Barnish to stop the oxidation process. I love this filament and I love this lamp. I'm testing out some of this high density Iron infused HTPLA from @protopasta using the F2 Ultra UV from @xtool.official This test was done using 100% power at 400mm/s at 300 lines per centimeter, 1 pass. I used the RA3 rotary module to nake quick work of this test. This ring was 3D printed using fuzzy skin for the outer walls. I have another test printing up on the @bambulab_official l P2S where the exterior surface will be flat. I have high grit jewelry sanding pads I'll use as another experiment. What are your thoughts?

Koi Pond Guitar Process! 🐠🎸🎵 This is my second ever #MIDI instrument and it was likely my most ambitious project to date! The body I 3D modeled using @blender.official water physics simulations. I tried so many different models. The final piece was resin printed by @pcbway in gorgeous clear resin. Same with the PCBs! I prototyped my #PCB on the @bambulab_official #X2D before it was released with the @protopasta Conductive filament. The resistor array board that converts capacitive touch into midi is by @spokeboard powered by @raspberrypi I'm so grateful for @sagecadence_ and @zyeborm for your help with the @kicad_pcb parts! #3dprinting

I went on a mini side quest and designed a spinner ring that originally I intended to have a tpu inner band with a hard exterior band. Then the quantum dot filament from @protopasta called my name and begged me to make a print in place dual color version 😅 I'm finding lots of joy in printing small things that pack a big punch. When it comes to filament, this one is hard to beat.

If you're new to the channel, I was recently sent the @xtool.official F2 Ultra UV which specializes in engraving items that aren't usually able to be engraved. Today's tests were with a quantum dot ring from @protopasta filament, and a UV reactive ring from @inlandfilament . We were able to easily hide a message in the quantum dot ring, while making a design really pop when it's exposed to UV light. I have a couple more experiments to do with these rings.
