One of my favorite stops was Casa Paco. We had some snacks and drinks here. Nothing complicated. Potato chips & olives. It is a classic. Lots of old timers.
Probably one of my favorite bites in Madrid from @lagilderia_ Cod on pan crystal with yuzu mayo and chile threads. Such an amazing bite I think we stopped in at least 3 times just to get this.
