Happy International Dance Day 🧡 Sending love from Protein Dance! We’re sharing powerful moments from There and Here 2024, performed at The Place, London, launching Refugee Week 2024. This unforgettable piece brought together an incredible ensemble of artists from Iran, Colombia, Afghanistan, Congo, Peru, Cameroon and Ukraine. Over three weeks at The Place, participants came together to sing, dance, express their creativity, and share their individual stories—building something rooted in connection, courage, and collective resilience. There and Here is dedicated to the over 100 million people worldwide who have been forcibly displaced due to persecution, conflict, violence, human rights violations, and the impacts of climate change. We’re proud to announce that There and Here returns this year with two performances: 📅 Thursday 21 May 2026 🕒 3pm & 7pm 📍 The Place, London @theplacelondon Book your tickets now and join us.
