We charted new territory to deliver nationally recognized, third-party-verified compliance for non‑sacrificial anti‑graffiti systems and graffiti removers, saving time for everyone from architects and consultants to building officials, developers, contractors and owners, and becoming the first manufacturer ever to achieve this listing.
We're proud to announce an ICC-ES ESL Report for all six of our Blok-Guard treatments, as well as SafStrip and Graffiti Remover. Read the story (in our link in bio) of how it happened, involving the ingenuity of Courtney Murdock, Director of Project Testing for AMT Labs. #YouUsTheProject #WeCanRemoveThat #WeCanProtectThat #WeCanCleanThat #AntiGraffiti #BlokGuard #MasonryProtection #Vandalism
Cleaner/Degreaser is well-loved by contractors and facility managers because it features commercial-grade toughness on a variety of stains without containing the harsh acids, caustics, or solvents common in other professional-grade degreasers. It removes all kinds of grime from concrete floors, including food, fuel, grease, tape residue, scuff marks, adhesives, tire marks, and more. It's also a popular cleaner to prep a concrete floor before a subsequent treatment or coating.

A few weeks ago we hosted a test party with a customer.
One thing I’ve learned over the years: if you’re not testing, you’re guessing. And I’ve seen some very expensive guesses.
Mockups and test panels eliminate surprises before the real work begins. They help identify problems early, dial in the right process, confirm expectations and create solutions from the jump.
Whether it’s cleaning, restoration or protection systems, testing builds confidence for everyone involved — owners, contractors, architects and manufacturers alike.
The best projects usually start with one thing:A proper test.

How many bricklayers know what a RILEM test is? 🧱💧
Better yet… how many master bricklayers know what RILEM actually stands for?
Réunion Internationale des Laboratoires et Experts des Matériaux.
Sounds less like a masonry test and more like a secret society of mortar scientists. 🧪😂
But the purpose is simple:
Can your masonry resist water… or is it drinking like a sponge?
That little clear tube tells a big story.
Before sealer. After sealer.
You measure exactly how much water the brick absorbs over time.
Because protecting masonry isn’t guesswork.
It’s science.
Especially in the Pacific Northwest where rain doesn’t knock… it moves in permanently. 🌧️
Most people think masonry ends when the last brick is laid.
Truth is, some of the most important work happens after the wall is finished:
Cleaning.
Sealing.
Testing.
Protection.
A good mason builds the wall.
A great mason knows how to make it last. 🧱⏳

There’s a lot more to masonry than just laying brick.
Once the brick is in the wall, the next step is protecting it.
A lot of people don’t realize many bricks are absorbent, almost like a sponge. They can take in water, stains, and yes… graffiti.
That’s why proper cleaning, sealing, and protection matters.
We had the chance to do a graffiti removal sample test out at our SWSD project on Whidbey Island with Absher, working alongside our PROSOCO rep, Rod. Testing the process first helped make sure the removal went smooth and the sample panel responded the way we wanted.
And honestly, this graffiti removal system is impressive.
Big thanks to @prosocoinc for helping us dial in the right products and process.
Masonry isn’t just brick and block. There are products, applications, restoration methods, coatings, cleaners, sealers, and a whole world of craft that most people never see.
That’s what makes this trade so cool.
There are a lot of different ways to build a great career in masonry. 🧱
The 7-Day Mirror Finish Transformation: Whistler Church Project
From dusty, raw concrete to a high-clarity mirror finish—this 7-day project in Whistler, BC, was all about precision and persistence. We pushed the limits of the slab to achieve a glass-like surface that reflects the architectural beauty of this unique space.
How do you know when efflorescence indicates a larger problem versus when it's going to go away on its own (new building bloom)? Here's what Ken Rathbun, our Director of Product Strategy for cleaners and protective treatments, says:
For every 1 inch of thickness of your masonry wall, wait one month for the building to achieve equilibrium -- which is when the stain will likely go away naturally. Don't start the clock until after the building is finished and HVAC systems are turned on.
Find the link in our bio to read more insights from Ken in his article, which will be featured in an upcoming issue of Masonry Magazine. #WeCanCleanThat #YouUsTheProject #CMU #Efflorescence #NewBuildingBloom
This was one of the cleanest sample panels I’ve had the pleasure of building. The lines, the color blend—everything about it just hit right.
Next week, it’s getting put to the test. Full graffiti removal trial.
We’ll see how it holds up.
And when the @prosocoinc rep shows up… we might finally settle the real question— Is it Jeff or Geoff?
