1/6/2024 š¤ love is everything. And it was a day so filled with love that we are still speechless of gratitude š¤ we honestly couldnāt have imagined a better day. It was a manifestation of the love we have and also the love that surrounds us. We have no words š¤ and going through 1045 images filled with joy, love, laughter, dance moves, tears and all the people we love the most made it impossible to choose 10. So expect the rest of 2024 to only consist of pictures of this day š love, the August Rosenkilde family š¤ pictures by @tinebek@sorenkolborg@simonenoa
Very honoured to be featured in @vogueturkiye October issue š swipe in case you understand Turkish ā„ļø thanks for the amazing photos @tine_bek_photo
Market day is my favorite day. Does your heart also beat a little faster the second you spot an antique market? Because mine apparently doubles when itās an Italian flea market. They just do it better š®š¹ (info on when and where in the bottom donāt worry)
And then multiply that heart rate by a gazillion when youāre trying to pass your love for treasure hunting on to your daughter⦠who naturally wants to touch every single sparkling thing she sees. My nervous system has been working overtime today, but somehow - nothing broke and the joy was worth the stress.
(From now on I will ONLY serve champagne in glasses like those on the last slide. I mean ⦠that energy is marvellous. Just drink up and have a party šš„)
Lizzi and I were each allowed to buy one thing. She had 5 euros in her pocket to practice finding something sheād truly love. She found a glittery bouncy ball from the 70s and decided that 2 euros was a perfectly reasonable price⦠after first negotiating the seller down from 3 using nothing but eye contact and charm. Then she handed him 1 euro and walked away like she owned the place š
Honestly, he seemed to respect the audacity. Iām clearly raising a future flea market shark.
Meanwhile I could easily have bought the entire market. 100 lamps. 200 bowls. But sometimes itās more stressful to buy everything and figure out space and logistics later than to just enjoy the beauty of it all.
Although⦠next time weāre driving down here with a trailer. Letās be honest.

Design should be fun. It should make you smile.
Iām currently finishing my home office, the place where my creative ideas come to life. For me, good design has always gone hand in hand with something a little informal, playful and a bit unexpected. Whether itās in the way I dress, the things I design, or how I decorate my home.
In my office that means things like a side table that can change height, a lamp that can change shape and focus, and a clock that looks like a tiny funny friend.
Before you ask⦠itās IKEA.
Iāve always loved getting lost in creative projects, exploring form, colour, texture and putting together combinations that simply feel beautiful to me. So itās important that my home office feels inspiring and invites creativity.
And now itās almost finished

Itās about the mess, the magic, the midweek brunch that turns into a dance party.

Advertisement - Yesterday was honestly one of those days Iāll never forget. Together with @royalcopenhagen , celebrating the launch of the beautiful Iris collection, I invited some of the people I love and feel most inspired by to spend a day in the heart of Copenhagen.
In the Kingās Garden, in front of the Hercules Pavilion under the open sky, we set the table with the new Iris collection - colourful, playful and perfect for mixing with vintage treasures and Royal Copenhagen classics. Pure table setting joy (itās a thing!).
The day unfolded in the most beautiful way. We started the morning with mothers and babies (and my own little son by my side), and moved into a long lunch filled with inspiring women, deep conversations and that feeling of recognising yourself in other peopleās stories.
As the evening came, the gardens turned golden. Candles were lit, the air felt like spring, and everything somehow became even more magical. We sang, laughed, played bingo - and ended the night dancing on the tables to Celine Dion as the sky turned completely red.
Hosting this 24-hour table was everything I dreamed of. Thank you for having me, Royal Copenhagen š¤
My feet hurt today, and Iām still a little emotional thinking about it all. What a day.
