Propability provided all walls and floors, producing ten of the scenes in full. For JW Anderson’s fashion collection a series of bespoke metal forms were used as mannequins to great effect. The windows offered a juxtaposition between traditional and contemporary interests including bird watchers, a beauty club and a matchbox car collectors window. For the birdwatching window, a front façade with two holes cut into it offers a sense of peering through binoculars. Mounds were sculpted and covered with moss before being scenically painted and positioned together with real tree trunks to create the overall landscaped effect.

Lego went all out in their flagship store London for the launch of ‘Smart Play’ Star Wars play sets. A life-size brick model of Chewbacca set the scene with light and sound emanating from his microphone. The interior walls and floors of the windows were wrapped in a striking space inspired graphic with further graphics depicting classic chase scenes from the films. Plinths at different heights displayed product and on the right of the window a giant Smart Brick draws attention with more light rings.

For Hamleys own brand food soft toys a destination location was created in store. The entrance area spanned 5 meters wide and high lit with signage. A life size market cart was made together with canopy. High gloss skirting and down lighters enhance the stock.

Propability worked across all windows for Disney along with the Selfridges team for the 2025 Christmas windows to the famous store. We constructed backdrops and floors with various scenes such as the 101 Dalmatians, Alice in Wonderland, Beauty and the Beast, Tinkerbell and Pinocchio. Special elements (amongst others), were the Cheshire Cat and Tree sculpt for the Alice in Wonderland window with the cat’s wagging tail. Bespoke Dalmatians were hand painted with moving tails. For Christmas 2025 the Disney / Selfridges collaboration showcased the charm of Disney across the store with the iconic character Mickey Mouse adorning the interior with spheres measuring 2 meters in diameter being hung from rigging to create mirror balls with Micky ears to create disco type lighting. From the escalators shoppers could see the atriums that featured rotating Christmas trees dressed in gold and pink bows and topped with Micky Mouse sculpted heads set against glossy reflective backdrops. #retaildesign #christmasseason #disneystore #selfridges #londonshopping
For the Christmas windows at Fenwick Newcastle, Propability produced a magical masterpiece, inspired by the famous Christmas Carol and illustrations by Chris Riddell. The famous story was spread across seven window scenes with each combining technology including projectors and old-fashioned techniques from the world of theatre to bring everything to life. Each of the windows featured a stack of books with an open book at the top with sentences appearing from left to right narrating the story. Bespoke costumes with meticulously selected fabrics dressed 34 sculpts - all bespoke in various scales. Propability worked with both brands to create the exclusive Disney Pop-Up for Selfridges London. The entire design, including all fixtures, fittings and construction were created especially for the store. The arches to the entrance way were finished with lit up Disney logos. The columns were treated with a glitter ombre print. A graphic skyline printed frieze above the shelving fixtures shows famous silhouettes of Disney views . For the Issey Miyake Homme Plisse concession in Harrods, Propability created the back wall where the fashion brands clothing would be displayed. Bespoke trowelled metal effect covered MDF panels were inserted into a matt black MDF frame. Disney Princess sculpts for windows at Oxford Street London and Dublin flag ship stores took at a different direction for 2025. The new look incorporated more glitter, sparkle and shimmer to elevate the traditional princess theme. Contemporary shimmer disk logos and backdrops together with a beautiful glittering bright pink flooring showcased the product. Sculpted princesses and mannequins dressed in the merchandise were positioned on top of sparkling glittery pink plinths all set off with Gobo lighting for an eye gazing twinkling and magical feel. #disneyprincesses #disneystore #sculpture #windowdisplays

The fashion labels iconic bold prints were re-produced in large scale format to provide the floors and backdrops for these incredibly artistic windows.
