HUGE NEWS!! We are beyond excited to announce our new partnership with @floridastateuniversity and @seminole_dining to open a second location on campus called Proof at FSU. This January, @proofatfsu will open on the ground floor of the brand-new FSU Student Union, serving beer on draft, signature cocktails, boutique wine, and a classic pub grille food menu. The new location will operate seven days a week, offering lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.
We look forward to serving elevated pub food, and fresh local beer made right down the road in Tallahassee. Stay tuned for more details to come!

Yesterday, Charlie officially took the oath, traded his old passport for a lifetime supply of Uncle Sam energy, and received the ultimate American welcoming package: a loaf of Wonder Bread, a can of Spam, a crisp Benjamin Franklin on his brow, and a profound, burning desire to explain the rules of American football to anyone who will listen.
Charlie, you’ve always had the work ethic, the charm, and the spirit—now you finally have the paperwork to match. We couldn’t be happier to walk this journey with you and celebrate this incredible milestone.

In this week's "Around The Brew Bend" craft beer column in the Tallahassee Democrat, we wrote all about @proofbrewingco 's recent run of WILDLY SUCCESSFUL Survivor 50 Watch Parties every Wednesday night that featured exclusive appearances from Tallahassee's own @chubicki - a local FAMU-FSU College of Engineering Professor who was a contestant this season!
Proof has been attracting hundreds of people every week on Wednesdays for these events with Christian, who has been very gracious in coming out, meeting with fans and answering questions about the show.
