Three hours live on air is where teamwork really counts — not as a box‑ticking exercise, but something that has to be delivered under pressure. They did exactly that.

Here are some photos of some our recent work on a couple of shows. Both were examples of how we match operators who are best suited to the requirements.
One was a music concert at a London venue, operated by our incredibly versatile operator, Michael. When not at the scroll control Michael is an orchestral musician.
The other was the public reveal of the design for Birmingham City FC’s new stadium. Operated by our top team member, Mark, who together with his family is a life-long loyal supporter of Blues. It was certainly an appropriate stage setup as well!
Matching ability and context is what makes the difference.

Well, October tore by in bracing & brisk business fashion. Lots of interesting work but here are some photos from a few that were a little different.
An Outside Broadcast for our daily client, BBC Morning Live, that was truly outside. A live broadcast from Mayfield Park for Nature Week that our super operator, James, wrapped up for.
The Christmas edition of Songs of Praise is always a special one, of course, so our special operator, Krissy, was certainly on the same hymn sheet. For this they asked us to rig a hand-held camera complete with hood and glass, which is not so usual these days. Often now we rig a Straight Reading Monitor above the lens for hand-held shots.
Our multi-talented Jennie used her German language skills for a week long conference in Vienna before working on the World Gymnastics Championships on her return. A phrase containing ‘world’ and ‘oyster’ springs to mind, but would be too corny to put in here.
And now into November, most years our best and busiest month….

A lot of the programmes were Remote Productions, which we have worked on quite a few times now. For the Women’s Euros our operators and systems were in MediaCity whilst the studio and presenters were live at the stadiums in Switzerland. Everything is securely controlled via the internet.
The future is here, and it’s got an IP address!

What a month June has been for our team at Prompting Plus! The passports were working overtime again, with our incredible James expertly handling a high-profile event in Berlin. Meanwhile, in Lisbon, we had a fantastic setup with six of our operators and systems on another key project – huge thanks to our top Manager, Mark, for capturing these great shots in Portugal! 📸. On the TV front 📺 our wonderful Annabel has been busy on another series of The 1% Club, and everything is ready for the excitement of the Women's Euros over the next few weeks! ⚽.
