Well, friends - itâs been a while.
In the years (what!) since we last celebrated a PS anniversary, weâve survived a global pandemic, weathered business crippling lockdowns, and somehow managed to not lose our minds (well, mostly) through the forced closure of our King West location.
We couldnât have done any of that without you, our community, whose support provides the fuel and fire we need to keep the wheels turning through thick and thin.
Suffice to say there have been some ups and downs since we last brought the PS fam together for our signature summer shindig.
We missed our 9th, 10th and 11th anniversaries. But most of all, friends⌠we missed you.
And thatâs why weâre beyond excited to say⌠WEâRE BACK BABY!!!
Join us at 4pm on Sunday, August 20th as we revive our favourite community gathering to celebrate 12 years of doing what we love, and helping countless others do the same.
Weâll be returning to 1162 Dundas West to host a garden party complete with patio lanterns, Mexican street food, frozen cocktails, and some of Toronto's best DJ's dishing out the summer vibes.
We're keeping things super chill, so there is zero dress code in effect. Come as you are.
Feel free to come out just for the afternoon and enjoy the sunshine (kid-friendly, no pets), or stick around as we celebrate into the evening.
The event is free, but please take a moment to register as space is limited (link in bio).
We can't wait to celebrate with you.
P.S. Swipe for a throwback to our last anniversary garden party. Fabulous times đ
On the blog âď¸ Time Travelling in Toronto: Legendary Entrepreneurs of the Past
From retail magnates and pioneering scientists to high-flying architects and culinary wizards, these remarkable individuals have left an indelible mark on our city that can still be felt to this day.
So, this week we thought we'd hop in our Delorian, fire that baby up to 88mph, and travel through history to share the stories of some past visionaries who were changing the game in Toronto long before our time. Let's go...

On the blog âď¸ You know the saying: Do what you love and you'll never work a day in your life. Sounds wonderful, right?
Oh, but if only... Nothing could be further from the truth and you know it.
Don't get me wrong; getting to wake up every day and put your energy into something you're truly passionate about is a gift. We wouldn't trade it for anything.
But it's not without its challenges, to put it mildly.
Let's be real: 2022 sucked for a lot of small businesses, and 2023 isn't looking like rainbows and butterflies.
Economic woes have been front and centre in the news. Speculation about whether weâre heading into a recession is looming on everyoneâs minds.
And all of this uncertainty has been hitting us right in the wallet and making us wonder how business will look this time next year.
One thingâs for sure: turbulent times call for tighter, more efficient budgets. Itâs a great time to audit your expenditures and:
⢠Identify and eliminate redundancies
⢠Find ways to operate more efficiently
⢠Spend your business budgets more wisely
⢠Get the most bang for your buck
So, as we charge head first into 2023, we wanted to share a few ways that we're tightening our belts in hopes it might help you do the same.
