Our guys are putting in work with @reignitehopeoc ’s welding certification class, learning a skilled trade that leads to real jobs, real wages, and real opportunity. For someone rebuilding their life, a certification like this can change everything. It means employable skills, union pathways, and the confidence that comes from earning it. Grateful for this partnership and the chance to turn hard work into a future that’s built to last.

Our WAGEES 24 transition aged youth participants spent a day at the Natural High Retreat and showed up fully, from the ropes course and then on to the beach, leaning into trust, courage, and support for one another. There was something meaningful about the way this group moved through the day together. Deep gratitude to our volunteers who created the space for this to happen. #Connection=Curriculum
