One of the most exciting classes we had on Day 1 was the art of styling dreadlocks. For many of the participants, it was their first time experiencing it and they didn’t just watch, they practiced every step with so much excitement and confidence.

Sunday was special! I got invited as a facilitator at GRITS to speak to some incredible kids in Makoko. As someone passionate about child education and digital literacy, I always love moments like this moments where I can lift their spirits and open their minds to new possibilities.
We had a powerful conversation about self-awareness, emotional strength, and growth. These kids are brilliant, curious, and full of potential, and I’m grateful I got to be part of their journey.

Over 15 vocational and creative skills was taught in a duration of 3days , that's massive right ? To every facilitator who showed up with passion, every volunteer who gave their strength and resources, every supporter who stood with us , you all made this dream come to life.
What started as a simple idea became a movement and a seed planted in the heart of every child we touched. We didn’t just teach , we inspired, we sparked hope, we changed something. And trust me, this is only the beginning.
