I was looking at our acrylic Valentine's Day flower carriers and suddenly had the urge to translate that visual into a drink.
I wanted to portray the moss and dirt, so I used a matcha or mocha cream. Then, I garnished the top with freeze-dried strawberries and white chocolate flakes to mimic roses and baby's breath.
For the flavor, I was inspired by chocolate-dipped strawberries so I went with milk base with fresh strawberry puree. I topped it with a light mousse cream instead of our usual specialty butterscotch to give it a fluffy, airy texture.
The white chocolate flakes are there to balance the tangy flavor of the freeze-dried strawberries on your very first sip.

Introducing Project Bloom’s first ever Espresso Blend!
We collaborated with our favorite roasters at @mythical.coffee to create a unique blend that elevates our entire espresso-based menu. Our goal was to combine the flavor profile of what our community loves with the complexity of a light roast for an experience like never before.
Expect vibrant notes of dark cherry and peach with a unique cream soda finish. It offers an incredibly smooth body, perfectly extracted on our new @slayerespresso .
