Every woman has a story.
Today, women with disabilities share theirs.
From unseen challenges to powerful strengths, their voices call for a world where rights are protected, justice is real, and action includes everyone.
Because International Women’s Day must work for ALL women and girls.

What if choosing a school wasn’t just about quality, but about whether every child can even access the classroom?
We are introducing an Access360 series, where we are spotlighting inclusive schools across Nigeria state by state so families, educators, and advocates know what’s available and where progress is happening.
If you’re a school or organization providing inclusive services, you can also get listed and increase your visibility. Go to www.access360.africa or click the link in our bio.
Access to education shouldn’t be a privilege, it should be a standard.

Excerpts from the workers’ day webinar
- Stop reframing support and integration of persons with disabilities as a CSR or as a pity project or a charity project. Start integrating the DNA of inclusivity and accessibility into the organization, the processes, daily interactions, the community, and physical facilities of the organization.
- Business owners should continually self-interrogate and self-question if their recruitment processes are truly inclusive.
- Mr Idowu Akinde @idowuakinde
CEO, Impact Hub Lagos.

If we continue to frame inclusion as charity, we will always operate from a place of limitation, but when we recognize that it is a talent strategy, we will unlock broader thinking, stronger teams, and more resilient organizations.
