Having a clear intention is super important for me in any training session. Itâs how I measure the success of the session, did I move towards what my intention was or away from it? Not focused on the outcome but the effort!
Over time, thatâs what makes the difference.
The outcome will come and go, you wonât always land the turn, nail the grab, be in rhythm with the waves. But your effort is always in your control.
