THIS is the real rent crisis in NYC.
Luxury buildings keep going up.
Working people keep getting pushed out.
This didn’t happen by accident.
It happened by approval.
“The middle class isn’t shrinking — it’s being evicted.”
Teachers. Transit workers. Nurses. City workers.
People who keep New York running can’t afford to live here anymore.
Everyone keeps talking about homeowners.
But renters are the ones being forced out of the city—
Not because they’re lazy.
Not because they didn’t work hard enough.
But because the system was redesigned without them in mind.
If you’ve felt this pressure…
If your rent jumped overnight…
If your neighborhood doesn’t look like it used to…
You’re not crazy. You’re being priced out.

So let me get this straight…
The street sweeper barely picks up the trash HALF the time… but NOW we trust it with automated surveillance cameras and ticket enforcement?
Amazing.
The same streets with dust blowing everywhere, garbage still sitting on the curb, potholes everywhere, and somehow the ONLY thing that works efficiently is the system designed to fine working people.
Nobody is against clean streets.
But New York City’s answer to EVERYTHING cannot keep being:
📷 More cameras
💰 More tickets
👀 More surveillance
At some point the citizens stop feeling served… and start feeling hunted.
And if this is REALLY about cleanliness and not revenue…
Then create an app showing residents EXACTLY where the sweepers are in real time so people can move their cars FAIRLY.
But watch…
The city will probably find the camera budget before they find the “help residents comply” budget.
Because in New York City…
Avoiding the ticket is apparently YOUR responsibility.
Making the system fair is apparently NOT theirs.

Another fight on the New York City subway…
What’s new?
At this point, people are starting to feel like they gotta police the system themselves because they don’t believe the system is protecting them anymore.
And that’s the dangerous part.
When riders stop trusting order…
they start creating their own version of it.
That’s when the subway turns from public transportation into survival mode.
Workers feel it.
Riders feel it.
Everybody sees it.
NYC subways are starting to feel less like transit…
and more like controlled chaos.

What happens when people start questioning beliefs they were raised into?
Politics. Religion. Identity.
Some say independent thinking gets punished the moment you step outside the expected narrative 👀👇

The moment you hold Democrats accountable for how they treat Black communities… people immediately call you “Republican.”
Why?
Because too many people have been conditioned to believe political loyalty matters more than political RESULTS.
I’ve NEVER been a Republican.
I’ve ALWAYS been a registered Independent.
Because I don’t believe ANY political party is entitled to my vote.
My vote is a transaction.
If a politician, policy, or party is helping working people, poor people, public safety, education, or Black communities… I’ll support it.
If they’re failing us?
I’m going to call it out. Period.
That’s not betrayal.
That’s accountability.
Too many people are emotionally attached to politicians while their own communities continue struggling.
And the moment somebody says:
“Hold them accountable…”
everybody loses their mind.
That’s political tribalism.
Politicians should FEAR losing our vote — not feel entitled to it every election cycle.

Who owns the businesses in the community matters more than people realize.
Corner stores. Liquor stores. Markets. Food spots.
Money circulates differently when ownership leaves the neighborhood.
So what happens when communities spend heavily… but own very little? 👀👇

Politicians got a MASTERCLASS in making bad news sound pretty.
“Restructuring.”
“Savings.”
“Adjustments.”
“Efficiencies.”
Meanwhile the working class always ends up paying somehow.
Because let’s be real… you don’t magically “save” $1.6 BILLION dollars out of thin air. Somebody eventually inherits the pressure.
Maybe future workers.
Maybe future contracts.
Maybe future budgets.
But somehow the people at the top NEVER seem to feel the sacrifice.
This is why people don’t trust political language anymore.
Too many fancy words hiding ugly realities.
And the craziest part?
They expect the public to NEVER ask questions.

NEW YORKERS ARE LITERALLY GETTING ATTACKED BY DOGS IN THE SUBWAY NOW… and somehow we’re STILL supposed to pretend everything underground is “safe.”
This is exactly why people are angry about congestion pricing.
You’re punishing people for driving while the subway system is turning into complete chaos.
Workers dealing with violence.
Riders dealing with threats.
Mentally unstable behavior everywhere.
Incidents that never even make the news.
And everybody getting gaslit into believing what they see with their own eyes isn’t real.
The irony?
The same politicians telling YOU the subway is safe… move around with armed security and private protection.
If the system is so safe…
why THEY not riding it dolo at midnight like regular New Yorkers?
Enough with the propaganda.
People want SAFE transit.
Not press conferences.
Not slogans.
Not statistics.
Reality. Safety. Accountability.
That’s what New Yorkers are demanding.

Only in NYC you’ll see two gentrifiers turn the subway into a live-action episode of survival mode while everybody else just trying to make it home from work.
But let’s talk about the part nobody wants to address…
A man and a woman are fighting in the middle of a packed train… and not ONE person steps in.
Not because New Yorkers are heartless.
People are desensitized.
Too many fights.
Too many stabbings.
Too many viral videos of the ‘good Samaritan’ ending up in the hospital instead.
At this point people on the train thinking:
‘I’m not dying over somebody else’s bad decisions.
That’s the real state of NYC subway life right now.

One thing about me… if I agree with something, I’m gonna say it.
Cutting consultant contracts is COMMON SENSE.
These agencies became a bottomless pit for contractors and outside vendors. Everybody getting rich off taxpayer money while the same problems somehow never get fixed.
Because the game was never about fixing issues FAST.
It’s about billable hours.
The longer the problem drags out…
the longer the invoices keep coming.
Another study.
Another report.
Another extension.
Another consultant.
Meanwhile the public still dealing with the SAME problems years later.
And let’s be honest…
this wasn’t even part of the conversation until my video went viral talking about cutting consultants and miscellaneous waste.
Now suddenly it’s in the budget talking points.
I keep telling y’all:
they watch these videos 👀
