✨ What an absolute privilege to be part of @theriddle 🎪 Stage at @wildernesshq earlier this month! As a new addition last year, it was an honour for us to handle the full production - from structural design, lighting, and sound to on-site management.
Every detail was planned in 3D, and seeing the vision come to life on site was pure magic. What a project! We’re thrilled to have delivered the “Gallery of Greatness” for the Bitpanda x NFL UK Launch at Unit X, London. This event was a true showcase of creativity, collaboration, and technical precision.
From day one, our team embraced the challenge of planning and visualising the entire experience in 3D - enabling our client to sign off on every detail remotely, without a single site visit before the build. We handled everything, from bespoke set design and scenic builds to AV production and seamless event management, all tailored to the unique constraints of the venue.
A huge thank you to Alexander and Aliona from Bitpanda for putting their trust in us and for their partnership throughout the process. Their vision and collaboration helped us bring this ambitious concept to life, creating an immersive, museum-inspired environment for guests and stakeholders. How we changed the way @weareunitx works... 🤔
The brief: @bitpanda , based in Vienna, needed to host an @nfl event at Unit X in London. The challenge? Planning an ambitious event remotely, across borders, with zero margin for error.
Here's what we did:
1. 3D Scanned Unit X. Captured every dimension of the space with precision - 1mm accuracy.
2. Built a 3D model. Bitpanda could explore the venue virtually, from Vienna. No flights needed.
3. Designed the event in 3D. Lighting, staging, furniture, flow - all positioned to scale, all visible before build day.
4. Showed renders for approval. Bitpanda saw exactly how it would look. They made changes in real-time, remotely.
5. Created detailed plans. Our crew received 2D and 3D blueprints for flawless execution on the day.
The result: A seamlessly executed event, planned entirely remotely, with zero surprises.

2025: A year of growth and creative evolution.
Working in this industry is a constant reminder of how much is possible when technical precision meets a creative vision. Last year, the scale of our projects reached new heights, and we’re proud of the results we delivered.
A few standouts from the year:
Wilderness Festival: We took on the production for @theriddle stage, managing everything from lighting, sound and structural design to full on site management. A huge thanks to the riddle team, @livenationuk and @festivalrepublic for the trust on this one.
@bitpanda x @nfl : We supported their UK launch at @weareunitx , an incredible new venue partner whose commitment to collaboration and creativity matches our own.
While these are just the highlights, none of it would be possible without the clients who push us and the incredible team and suppliers who make the magic happen.

Lighting is never “one size fits all” for us ✨
To create a truly immersive lighting design, it’s all about having the passion for crafting bespoke environments.
Here are a few of our favourite tips and tricks for a unique design:
1. Spread your fixtures throughout the space – don’t stack everything in one spot. This lets guests feel the design all around them.
2. Keep experimenting with new fixtures and combinations – don’t rely on the same lights every time.
3. Spend time understanding the space and what you want to achieve. Not every design will work in every venue.
4. Build the right team for the project. Each engineer, technician and operator brings their own style, and the right crew creates a seamless, meticulous production.

3D Planning Project Highlight: Bitpanda x NFL UK Launch 🏈
This event was fully planned remotely - no site visits, just pure 3D innovation. We laser-scanned The Stables, one of @weareunitx venues to create a digital twin, then walked our client through the venue virtually, dropping in every piece of furniture, lighting, and set design together in real time.

This 50th party really stood out for us - the attention to detail in the overall design was incredible. From menu illustrations and art installations (big thank you to @made__by__gee for the incredible designs) to the food, furniture layout, and AV production, every element was carefully considered.
We used our 3D planning service to ensure meticulous production and pre-visualisation throughout. A huge thanks to all the suppliers who made this event run smoothly - special mention to Simon from @buffalo.events for the stunning tipis and Sailcloth tent, Will from @greenfarmevents_ for powering the event, Kim and Oliver from @bespoke_flowers for the spectacular florals and @mariamadisonphotography for the beautiful and iconic photos.
