Last night was incredible ✨ we celebrated @bhhsinrealty agents and teams across the state and all of their hard work from 2025. it was also so special to be able to award one of my marketing coordinators with the Broker Support Impact Award. Lilly is such a light, and so talented and hardworking.
Sara and I have been in planning mode for months, and we are so proud of how the event turned out. The IMS Museum was the best venue, and I’m so grateful to my team and the admin team for all of their support leading up to the event and day of. We couldn’t have done it without them.
I’m almost 6 months into this job, and I couldn’t ask for a better company and leaders to work for, and agents and staff to work with. Craig, Andrew, and Lynn truly create an environment where people can do their best work, and it makes showing up every day easy.
Here’s to an even better 2026 ✨🤍
2025 was a truly wild year, but one I am deeply grateful for. I am ending this year full of an excitement and lightness I didn’t know was possible to even feel. I have learned how to trust myself and my instincts, to speak up when being treated poorly, and to live a life and lean into choices that make me happy.
January: started therapy after realizing I was in a constant state of burnout and my marriage was a large part of that feeling. my ex husband did not support me going to therapy, and I went anyway. Cried a lot.
February: Realized I was in an emotionally volatile and abusive marriage. Realized I was the only one willing to fix it. Took steps to pursue divorce. When someone tells you who they are over and over, you really should believe them the first time. Cried a lot more.
March: Presented at a national conference. Went to the Indy Ignite games. Reconnected with old friends. Signed a lease on a new apartment. Still cried.
April: Chopped my hair off. Went to shows. Cried, but less. Started saying yes to things.
May: Started dating Matt. Took a leap and a trip to Denver. Won an award at work. Kings Island trip.
June: Took a trip to Scottsdale with my book club girls. Cut my hair even shorter. More shows. A lake trip.
July: Presented at another national conference. Celebrated my 34th birthday. Fourth of July fun. Applied for a new job after realizing I was feeling suffocated and burnt out at work.
August: BSB at the sphere with my childhood besties. Interviewed for my new job. Was offered my new job. Quit my previous one.
September: Visited Indiana beach! Started my new job. Saw Haim and Lucy Dacus (again!). Cake Bake dinner. Went to Vail for work. Fell in love with my new company.
October: Traveled across the state for work. Halloween. Spent time with friends and their kiddos. Went to my first leadership retreat at work. Realized work doesn’t have to drain me constantly.
November: Decided to build a house with Matt. Made bouquets for prom. Designed said house. Got to see my grandparents for the first time in 3 years. Trip to Chicago!
December: Leadership holiday lunch. Spent time with family and friends 🤍
last little reel from BSB weekend in Vegas. will never forget this trip 🤍🩵💙
