For the third year in a row, our team had the joy of contributing to the 72nd Kifissia Flower Show, creating the main entrance arches and cashier points, fully designed and branded to reflect this year’s concept, colors, and floral spirit.
There’s something truly special about returning each year to help shape an event so deeply connected with spring, nostalgia, and the beauty of flowers. With every detail, we aimed to welcome visitors into a world filled with color, joy, and the unmistakable energy of May.

For the annual event of Align Technology (Spiro / Align) at the Grand Hyatt Athens, we delivered the full branding and spatial transformation of the venue — turning it into a bold and immersive brand environment.
Guests entered through a custom illuminated arch, crafted with LED strips and mirror plexiglass, setting the tone from the very beginning. Inside, we designed and built interactive working stations for product showcasing, while every surface — from signage to full coverings — was carefully branded to ensure a seamless and consistent experience throughout the space.

A look back at SSWC 2026 – the 9th Systemic Sclerosis World Congress in Athens.
An international meeting that brought together experts from around the world — and a production that came to life through precision, coordination, and teamwork behind the scenes.
In collaboration with AIM Group International, PROELECTRO delivered the full event production at Megaron Athens International Conference Centre (MAICC). From the complete setup and operation of multiple scientific halls — powered by 20+ dedicated technicians and full audiovisual systems — to the seamless flow of a demanding scientific program.
At the same time, we managed the entire exhibition and logistics, designed the poster area hosting 450+ presentations, and enhanced the venue with comprehensive branding and signage to shape a clear and engaging experience for every participant.

When history meets contemporary design.
For this event, together with our partners @bigpicture_eventconcepts we’ve developed an installation concept where ancient Greek statues stood in dialogue with minimal illuminated frames, creating a striking contrast between classical heritage and modern aesthetics. Our role was to materialize the concept and execute the installations, bringing the structures to life while carefully shaping the lighting around them.
The result was a balanced visual moment where classical forms and clean contemporary lines met through light.

Yes, it’s true—we finally managed to all gather in one place for a while! It’s not often that we’re all together, given the demands and requirements of the industry, but when it does happen, we make sure it’s unforgettable. So even though our pita cutting ended up being a little late, we had such great moments!
We are proud to have delivered SSWC 2026 – the 9th Systemic Sclerosis World Congress in Athens, an important international scientific meeting that brought together clinicians, researchers, and experts from around the world to exchange knowledge and discuss the latest developments in systemic sclerosis research and patient care.
PROELECTRO, in collaboration once again with @aimgroupinternational , undertook the full event production at Megaron Athens International Conference Centre (MAICC). Our team managed the complete setup and operation of the scientific halls, supported by more than 20 dedicated technicians who ensured the smooth flow of the scientific program throughout the congress. Each hall was equipped with full audiovisual infrastructure, allowing presentations, discussions, and sessions to run seamlessly.
Beyond the conference rooms, we also handled the full exhibition management and logistics, as well as the poster area where more than 450 scientific posters were presented. At the same time, the venue was enhanced with extensive branding and signage, creating a clear and engaging environment for all participants.
This marked our first international congress for 2026, and many more are already ahead for the year. Stay tuned!

A remarkable two days celebrating legacy, collaboration, and vision.
We were proud to deliver the full event production for the 22nd Shell Dealers Conference, a special occasion that also marked 100 years of the Shell brand in Greece.
Our team was responsible for the complete setup of the event experience — from custom constructions and the registration area to the main conference room, where a 13-meter LED wall became the centerpiece for presentations and the spectacular closing gala party.
Together with our trusted partner @weareyuzu.gr (Yuzu Communication), we helped create a dynamic environment that hosted presentations, inspiring moments, celebrations, and meaningful connections among colleagues and partners.
