1UP 019 | Nath℥ w/ Eze
Not every MC can hold down a set by themselves. Eze made it look easy.
After a lively and consistent 2025 shelling down shows and sets across the country, it’s no surprise that the 22yo MC from Luton had no problems handling 30 mins 1UP.
His project ‘Requiem’ lands soon. Until then, enjoy this 19th edition in the 1UP series on the Reprezent YouTube.

I made this tune in September 2024, days before spinning a thirty-minute drill set with @duppy__ for @gdwonderfulgd on @reprezentradio . The full set is on YouTube: search "GDGD w/ Duppy".
Safe.
Ask @outlaw._xcv about his exclusive Outlaw merch. And if you want a Reprezent hoodie, let me know. I don't actually have any more of them. Still, though, let me know yeah?
@zha.uk was the DJ here. The tune is by @lingtonmusic and is available on @whitepeachrecords , which, conveniently, Zha runs. Hold tight @bluecanarinho as well. Safe.
GDGD 025
Murphi decided for our 25th show that he was going to play vinyl only. Nath℥ heard this and said "I'm going to do that too." Then Jonjo said "I'm going to do that too." Some call it "synergy". Others call it "copying".
Murphi played the garage mix; Jonjo played the dubstep mix; Nath℥ played the grime mix. Jonjo's mix was so full of classics that he didn't film it. "Cameras hadn't even been invented back then.." he mused. Fair.
As you can see, Murphi and Nath℥ have different mixing styles. Murphi works the platter and pitch fader in tandem, while Nath℥ uses the pitch fader only. This is a useless piece of information. You're welcome.
Safe,

@gdwonderfulgd invited @zha.uk & @logan_olm to their Rebel Radio show at the Barbican for an hour of garage, dubstep, grime & drill. There were dubs, there were bars, and there was even some vinyl spun. Gd yes wonderful gd!
If it weren't for these two, I wouldn't be anywhere at all in this radio ting.
This clip is from March 2019. I wasn't used to being on the mic at all at this point, whereas Finn's just chilling (look at him ffs) and Ailbhe's chucking about phrases like "the triumvirate of groove" as if that's normal (it is for her because she's a boss in this ting, ask anyone).
Lord knows community radio can be pretty hectic, but every now and again I stop, tek time, and remember what these two did for me when I was starting out. Finn introduced me to @reprezentradio in the first place and Ailbhe trained me up and invited me to work on her show (which we still do every other Sunday 6-8PM). I'll always be grateful, as I dunno what I'd be doing now otherwise.
Safe,
Nath
