Meet Our 𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴 Workshop Instructor: Produce Section & Day Off Studios Produce Section is an artist collective with a passion for hosting and a deep love for sharing food with friends, both new and familiar. Through thoughtfully curated dining experiences, they foster community by bringing people together around the table. In a world driven by instant gratification, Produce Section invites guests to slow down, savor the moment, and engage fully. For them, the creation of the meal is just as meaningful as the act of eating itself. Day Off is a slow textile craft club rooted in care, creativity, and community. Members gather to stitch, share, and reclaim time—welcoming both newcomers and experienced makers. Their mission is to cultivate a soft, welcoming space that centers Black and Brown makers while holding room for anyone who approaches with care and respect.    Date: January 22nd Time: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM             Location: Playground: 1114 Bedford Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11216             Cost: $30, $40, $45 Capacity: 15                Edible Bouquets: The Alchemy of Preservation Building on our edible bouquet workshops in collaboration with Day Off Studios, this session explores ingredient preservation and kitchen alchemy as a form of decoration. For this installment, we’ll work with herbs and edible elements such as orange peels, star anise, and other aromatics that can be naturally dried and preserved. These materials can later be used in kitchen rituals, adding both beauty and function to your space. As the colder months set in, restoration and preservation take center stage. This workshop encourages participants to reconnect with time-honored, ancestral methods of nourishment, mindful use, and reducing food waste. All materials will be provided to create your own preserved edible arrangement. Including sage, rosemary, thyme, bay leaves, apples, citrus, pears, cinnamon, star anise, and cloves  follow their work at @produce_section follow their work at @dayoff.studio   Questions?
