In the meantime, our team remains focused on what matters most: maintaining site safety, ensuring seamless coordination, and managing construction in a complex, high-profile urban environment.
Projects like this demand expertise in navigating dense municipal site conditions, high volumes of vehicle and pedestrian traffic, and strong communication among multiple stakeholders. The Pool Fill Test is a critical milestone in confirming a pool basin’s water retention and structural integrity. By filling the basin at the exposed-concrete stage, the team can identify any potential leaks, address repairs, and verify that the shell is fully watertight. This process also activates the crystalline additives within the concrete mix, helping infill pores and micro-cracks to further strengthen the structure.
At our Bayview Glen Athletics Centre project, we’re excited to be approaching our second and final Pool Fill Test. Our project team is proud to support the development of this new facility for a leading Canadian independent school, and we’re looking forward to a successful turnover this summer.

Prodigy is proud to share that we have been selected by Upper Canada College as the Construction Manager for their new Prep School Math & Sciences Community Centre.
This exciting 7,000 sq. ft. project will be integrated into an existing section of the Howard Building at UCC’s Deer Park Campus in Toronto, ON. Purposefully designed for Years 6 and 7 — and thoughtfully created with the entire Prep community in mind — the new Centre will feature flexible, student-centred spaces that foster collaboration between students and educators alike. The facility will include state-of-the-art classrooms, science labs, studios, a math café, and innovative technologies throughout — all geared toward delivering transformative learning experiences in math and science.
Construction is set to begin this summer, and we’re thrilled to help bring this vision to life!

Prodigy is excited to announce that we have been selected as the Construction Manager by Northmount School For Boys to construct their new addition project in Toronto, ON. The new two-storey addition will add a further 9,000sqft of new classroom space to their existing campus and will also include the renovation of several existing areas of the main campus building.
The proposed expansion and renovation is a community-inspired vision for the school’s future. The addition and renewed facility celebrates the essence of Northmount by combining a contemporary academic space with a gathering place for their community.
