PLEASE SHARE Thank you so much to everyone who has contributed, participated and helped construct this very important document. There have been signs that a better approach to safety has been needed in Brantford for many years. Incidents of stabbings, SA, Transphobia, Homophobia, racism, under-supervised all-ages events, internet harassment and bullying, theft, identity fraud and slander are affecting countless individuals in our community. So, it's time we organize and do better, Brantford. As of today, we are spearheading a campaign that we are hoping City Hall will adopt. This is not virtue-signalling. This is a COLLABORATIVE movement to increase awareness of these incidents, allow for better communication to help resolve conflict, and a more unified approach in minimizing exposure to harmful scenarios within our collective arts and culture scenes. This document is a starting point. We intend for it to be built together and reflect the diverse voices all working to make our city safer. It is a fluid framework to reflect the amount of effort our community is putting in to reduce harm. We also hope other cities see this effort and replicate this in their communities. In unity, zBTFD
