This week we embark on a great new project with our friends from @tonygrahamtoyota as we set out to lay the foundations on a beautiful new building in the heart of Hunt Club.
Ground breaking today at Kanata Prep in the Palladium AutoPark with the Tony Graham Group. Here is to great times ahead and the start of an amazing project!
Our team was tasked with taking a 8700 square foot concrete slab that was pitted and at the end of its life, and get something new in!
We saw cut and ripped out the old 7 inch thick floor and hauled it out. From there we prepped the base and added in the the new drains and forming work for the recessed floor hoists.
From there, rebar and a new slab was poured and sealed. Client had a complete downtime of just over 2 weeks and back to work in the shop!
Exciting News for Spring 2026
We’re proud to share that our team will be breaking ground on the Tony Graham Lexus Prep/Parking Garage!
This project represents more than just a new facility — it’s about:
- Strong partnerships with Tony Graham Motors and our talented design/engineering teams
- Creating opportunities for local trades and suppliers
- Contributing to Ottawa’s growth with a modern, purpose-built space for the automotive industry
This project will have over 45,000 square feet of added space, featuring a car elevator to hoist cars into the upper floors, 12 prep bays to keep up with the demand of their customers, and 120 parking spaces for vehicles on the lot.
A huge thank you to everyone involved so far — from architects and engineers to the community members who support projects like this. We can’t wait to bring this vision to life in 2026.
We are pleased to handover our Garbage Enclosure project with our friends at Kanata Toyota. This project will serve as a new location to store bins as well as storage to support their operations. This split face white masonry block matches the exterior of the dealership to give it that blended feeling.
We are excited to showcase more projects with this team as the year progresses. Stay tuned.

Welcome to 64 Jamie! Another exciting build with the fantastic people over at Tony Graham, this time specifically Tony Graham Toyota.
This two storey 5,600 square foot addition will serve as an extension to the growing demands of their already established prep shop on-site. The front of the building will include open concept reception areas with floor to ceiling windows offices, lunchroom, and much more.
The back of the shop will have added work space for the techs to complete their in demand work!
Combined there will now be over 11,000 square feet of space for Tony Graham Toyota to complete work.
We are excited to be working with Malcolm and his team over at VW Architects on this one and can’t wait to share updates in the coming months!
The team at PRITEC is happy share a project that we have been working on for some time now with our amazing friends over at Tony Graham Motors Group. Specifically for this one, Kanata Toyota.
This almost 9000 square foot building will serve as a prep shop to the main store currently in the Palladium AutoPark just one lot over. Detailing, accessories, and much more will be done within the walls of this beautiful p.eng steel building.
We want to thank also the amazing team over at Vandenberg & Wildeboer for bringing the idea to life and helping with their services.
One thing we like doing here at PRITEC is sitting down right from idea/concept and bring the project to turn key. Taking this right through site plan/building permits to opening day.
