In 2025, we awarded $29,000 in scholarships to 13 phenomenal student scholars, and $29,800 in grant support to 8 powerhouse nonprofits and projects.

We’re proud to introduce the Christo Roma Scholarship — a new scholarship dedicated to uplifting trans and nonbinary Asian and Pacific Islander LGBTQIA+ students and emerging leaders. 💖💙
Christo Roma has been a powerful advocate for visibility, empowerment, and community through his leadership with GAPA and Broadway BARES SF. From championing self-expression and body positivity to supporting LGBTQIA+ and HIV/AIDS-related causes across the Bay Area, his impact continues to inspire so many.
Through this scholarship, Christo’s legacy of advocacy and service will continue by investing in the next generation of trans and nonbinary API leaders. 🌈✨

Marsha was the founder of Okaeri, a vital community created to support LGBTQ+ Nikkei (Japanese descendants) and their families, fostering acceptance, understanding, and a true sense of belonging. She was a tireless advocate for LGBTQ+ community and, more than that, she was a member of the Prism Foundation family.
We miss her deeply. Her leadership, her compassion, and her unwavering commitment to building inclusive spaces where LGBTQ+ families could feel seen and valued. Marsha’s legacy lives on through the communities she built, the lives she touched, and the love she shared so generously.
