Some layout, props and posing I did for my short movie ! I drew a lot !! And it made so very tired 😍
It was SO fun to look up different objects from that time period and to see how it could show the personality i had imagined for him, drawings from fans, jewelry and coins to show his wealth, the mirror for his self confidence etc.. but I think my favorite even if it’s a simple one is the wooden horse ! I couldn’t show exactly that he was a charioteer with his horses and everything so it was a nice way to still include them 🐴

A very short movie based of Diocles, a famous gladiator that was a charioteer and won so much money doing what he did that he is now considered the most well payed athlete of all time (yes even now).

I really wanted to play with the colors, going from cold to warm tones and to end up on a rising sun the same way his confidence rise again after his loss.
