THE LONG MARCH 🏃♂️🏃♀️💨
Athletes will lunge 100 yards into approximately .9 mile run back to start line
Lunge again with a plate into the same run
3rd lunge is with a weight vest where you will complete the 3rd lap with weight vest

A DEAD SPRINT 🏋️🏋️♀️
Max reps of deadlifts at 205 for men and 155 for woman. Every 20 reps you will sprint the football field down and back. You will repeat until you’ve hit a 10 min time cap.

Sami came to us and believed in the program. Our intentions were to strengthen her as well as find her weakness in muscle firing to achieve that increase in force and speed! We identified, placed a plan and executed!!. 4 Homers and 4 doubles in the last 6 games!!

2nd lunge- with a plate men 25lbs, woman 10lbs
3rd lunge- 15 lb vest and with the plate(athletes had to run the mile with the vest on!)
