JUNE! Congratulations, you are now my favorite month of 2025. One of the most eventful months of my life. Rumi’s first trip to the zoo, Leon Bridges concert, First Father’s Day, 30th birthday the day after, and a trip to a the Philippines.
Huge shoutout to my beautiful, amazing, thoughtful wife @adara.stew who threw me the best surprise birthday celly that I’ll remember forever. To say I was shocked is an understatement. Shoutout to my loved ones who showed up for me.

HERE’S TO APRIL!! My favorite month of 2025 so far easilyyyy.
Been presenting myself with a challenge every month, and this month I deleted every social media app on my phone and decided to try journaling everyday. I learned a lot. Made it a point to get out, be present and be mindful of what life feels like without socials. It’s crazy to think I haven’t went that long with socials in over a decade..I included my first and last journal entries of the month at the end photos of the post if you care to read.
Some highlights: Watched Messi in LA and had the pleasure to meet a couple of my fav artists, took Rumi to story time at the library, saw Cleo Sol at Hollywood Bowl and she lifted my soul to the heavens, @slowjamz.co listening party for Daniel Caesar Feudian album (in my top 5 albums ever), went to a Clips watch party and the first ever playoff game at Intuit Dome, won my fantasy basketball league (4 time champ 🤷🏾♂️), and spent a lot of time with family. My cup is full and I’m ready for the next challenge. 🤎
March was so good to me. Grateful would be the word to describe it.
For the month of April I’m challenging myself to not use socials the entire month. Might be one of the toughest challenges I’ve faced sadly 😅 I’ll report back later

Just realized I haven’t posted all 2024 so here’s a post briefly summarizing the last few months as we prepare for Baby Stew to get here.
This whole journey has been beautiful and I’ve learned so much throughout the process. Working on being the best version of myself. Mind, body, and spirit. We are almost there #againstallodds 🎲🩶
