Did you know that a half-circle skirt needs to hang overnight before hemming? I skipped that step once – the skirt was finished, but the next day, the hem had stretched 4–6 cm at the sides. Yep... I had to unpick everything. 😅 What did I forget? Letting the skirt hang overnight! Depending on the fabric, the length can change a lot – especially the lining.
