Today, we celebrate 25 years of marriage equality🌈
The Netherlands marks 25 years since becoming the first country to grant civil marriage to same-sex couples.
This milestone is about more than marriage, it is about human dignity, freedom and universal human rights. For 25 years, this journey has shown that equal rights make societies stronger, safer, and more resilient.
In a time of polarisation, it is a call for UNITY against discrimination and division.
Today, we celebrate progress, and reaffirm our commitment to stand, together with partners, for equality, inclusion, and the protection of LGBTIQ+ rights worldwide.

We are deeply saddened by the passing of our friend and colleague, Adrian Foster.
Adrian was a talented and visionary presence in Trinidad and Tobago’s fashion industry, whose creativity, passion, and dedication touched many lives. His work reflected not only style and craftsmanship, but a deep commitment to uplifting Caribbean fashion and expression.
We honour his life, his contributions, and the warmth he shared with our community. He will be greatly missed and fondly remembered.
Our heartfelt condolences go out to his loved ones, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Rest in peace, Adrian. 🕊️

In March 2025, the Court of Appeal of Trinidad and Tobago allowed the appeal of the Attorney General in the case of Jason Jones v. Attorney General of Trinidad and Tobago (2018), thereby overturning the High Court ruling that had decriminalised consensual same-sex sexual activity.
