As we continue the Perseverance journey, we introduce Ras Kassa Alexander, professionally known as
@prgrshn , a multi platinum producer, songwriter, and creative based in London who has been in the game for a long time making a tremendous impact.
We sat down with him to hear his perspective on navigating growth, leadership, and what perseverance is teaching him in this season of his life.
@prgrshn : “Learning that leaders know when to say no. By nature, I have a service led perspective, which I believe has shaped how I show up in most spaces. But I’m learning that a key part of leadership is the ability to delegate or decline. It’s about prioritising what truly matters so you can execute at the highest level.
Perseverance is teaching me that God’s plan is far greater. Leaning into patience and understanding that refinement is continuous. Some of my greatest achievements have come from being prepared when opportunity presents itself, not when I’m trying to control my own destiny.”
