The individuals filing the Articles were: Byron K. Armstrong, Ezra D. Alexander, Guy Grant, Paul Caine, Elder W. Diggs, John M. Lee, George Edmonds, Marcus Blakemore, Edward Irvin, Henry T. Asher and Fred O.
