Located at 455 N. 3rd St., the expansive 10,000-square-foot restaurant seats more than 300 guests and aims to feel like a timeless steakhouse built around craft, ritual, and prime beef. The kitchen is led by Pretty Decent Culinary Director Ivan Gonzalez alongside Executive Chef Jared Porter, with a menu centered on dry-aged steaks, wagyu, prime rib, seafood, and showstopper dishes like a three-pound lobster Thermidor.
Tucked behind Cleaverman, the companion @filthymartinibar has also opened, offering a moody piano-lounge hideaway accessed through a back corridor. This complimentary concept leans into vintage luxury with live music and martini-forward cocktails.
